Cordial glass with eyes from the beginning of the 20th century

Price: 650.- DKK per item

Height 10 cm.

Unusual decorated cordial glass in an egg shape.
The glass is clipped below, which indicates that it was made after 1900.
It has a finely rounded foot and has a nice symmetry, which is typical for Danish glass.
The glass is cut with so-called eyes, circular grinding around the cuppa.

Egg-shaped glasses have been made by many Danish glassworks, if not all of them.
Kastrup Glasværk was particularly experienced in eye optics, so even if we cannot find this glass in a catalogue, we would think that it is from Kastrup Glasværk in the years 1900-1910.

It is in good condition with a small flaw on the edge.
