Haakon crystal port wine glass from the Belgian Val Saint Lambert.

The glasses are mouth blown and with an air-filled stem that is double baluster-shaped, cut with facets from foot to cuppa.
The hexagonal foot is classic for Val Saint Lambert, also seen at Lalaing.
